Info-X Technology Solutions, a world-class distributor of Storage Area Networking (SAN) technology, has selected Information Architects, Inc. (IAI) to provide disaster recovery services for its email and accounting platforms.

Information Architects to Implement Neverfail for Exchange...

IAI will utilize technology from Neverfail Group to provide high availability and disaster recovery for Info-X's Microsoft Exchange and MAS-200 Accounting platforms.  Neverfail provides synchronization of system data using its proprietary "Heartbeat" technology, while leveraging additional application extensions to gracefully failover platforms with minimal disruption to active users.  Neverfail is unique in its ability to detect outages and transfer services without affecting the user community. 

Redundancy is key for Info-X and its Partners

As Info-X has continued to grow their business, the need for more robust and highly-available platforms have become extremely important.  Outages affect both the organization and it's OEM partners and can be very costly if they are to occur during key periods of sales activity.  To ensure continued success, Info-X will utilize Neverfail's "Heartbeat" and "Heartbeat for Exchange" to replicate business critical data and applications between their headquarters facility and an off-site collocation center for both high-availability and disaster recovery.
